Hibiscus Margarita with Fancy Floral Sugar Rim

It’s sweet, its tart, it’s summer in a glass. The perfect cocktail to serve at Christmas or over summer.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Hibiscus Syrup

In a small pot, combine 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup Fancy Floral Sugar. Boil until all the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool. Strain flowers from liquid.

Refrigerate leftover for up to 1 week.

Hibiscus Margarita

Rub the rim of 2 glasses with fresh lime then dip each glass into Fancy Floral Sugar to coat the rim.

Add 100ml of Tequila, Reposado to a cocktail shaker. Add 50ml of Hibiscus syrup and juice of 3 limes. Check for sweetness.

Add ice to shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into glasses with ice.

Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and fresh mint
